Product feedback
Until that channel is live, keep a CSV backup of any important plan and do not rely on a reply from Seat Sketch. There is currently no customer support SLA.
Privacy requests
Names and groups stay in your own browser, so clearing the plan or this site's browser storage removes the product copy. Hosting providers may keep routine request logs under their own retention practices.
